Our Commitment
At Chase Digital Solutions, we recognize our responsibility to protect the environment and operate sustainably.
As a digital marketing and creative services agency, we commit to reducing our environmental impact across all business operations—from energy and equipment use to purchasing and work practices. Our goal is to promote environmental stewardship, conserve resources, and continuously improve our sustainability performance.
This policy applies to all staff, contractors, vendors, and clients affiliated with Chase Digital Solutions.
Waste Reduction
- We operate primarily in a paperless environment, using digital documents, e-signatures, and cloud storage to minimize paper use.
- We sort and recycle all physical waste in our office; we send e-waste like outdated electronics is to certified recycling programs.
- We limit single-use items (cups, utensils, packaging) and encourage reusable or compostable alternatives.
- We electronically distribute all project deliverables, invoices, and marketing materials.
Toxins Elimination
- Our office uses non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning products and supplies.
- We select office furniture, paint, and materials that are low-VOC (volatile organic compounds) and environmentally safe.
- All electronic equipment and appliances meet ENERGY STAR standards, ensuring minimal emissions and safe material composition.
- We avoid hazardous waste whenever possible; if necessary, we handle and dispose of it through approved compliant facilities.
Environmentally Preferable Purchasing
- We prioritize green business certified vendors and local suppliers who share our sustainability values.
- We evaluate products and services based on environmental performance, including recycled content, renewable sourcing, and reduced packaging.
- We purchase ENERGY STAR–rated computers, monitors, and appliances, and partner with service providers that use renewable or carbon-neutral operations (such as cloud servers powered by green energy).
- Whenever possible, we purchase refilled printer ink cartridges, recycled paper products, and office materials with verified sustainability labels.
Water and Energy Conservation
- All in-office equipment and lighting are ENERGY STAR certified and powered down when not in use.
- We utilize smart power strips and automatic sleep modes to minimize phantom power consumption.
- We promote water conservation through low-flow fixtures and awareness on responsible usage.
- For remote staff and contractors, we encourage home-office energy conservation practices such as LED lighting, natural ventilation, and unplugging unused devices.
- We commit to tracking energy use annually and aim for at least a 20% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2028.
Employee Education and Engagement
- We direct all staff, contractors, vendors, and clients to this Environmental Policy and we encourage them to contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- We encourage staff, contractors, vendors, and clients to use sustainable transportation methods (walking, cycling, carpooling, electric vehicles, public transit) for company events.
- We promote a culture of accountability, creativity, and environmental awareness at every level of the organization.
- We share sustainability reminders and updates during meetings and via company communications.
